For the very first time in my life I entered 'Healer' at the your profession place, when I was asked to fill out a form. What a deeply revealing event. I have arrived, I know who I am.

My profession is Healer

I felt lost for a while. I was not sure what I was offering and if I was on the right path.

Then, one day when I was visiting Orlando (read more about my Deeply Healing Journey), when I was asked to fill out a form, I came to the field labeled Profession and I just wrote Healer. Just like that.

Intuition led me to that answer, and the Universe guided me to my profession, and yes, I deeply knew, that I am a Healer right then and there. It felt right.

It was the first time I acknowledged it myself.

Energy Healing

I was always fascinated with Healing. As a little child, I played with my doctor set the most. When someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always said I wanted to be a doctor.

I knew I wanted to help people and heal them.

Medicine wasn’t meant for me, I never studied it. I followed the science path (Maths and Physics) for a while.

Motherhood

Being a Mom is amazing, and when you are cradling a little baby, you only want the best for them. So it was natural for me to look to alternative medicine for my own children. I chose natural herbs or Homeopathy to treat their ailments.

I was always fascinated how much relief those remedies could give and how fast healing took place.

I remembered the vinegar socks my Mom applied and other household remedies.

Finding my Purpose

Being a full-time Mom is awesome and one of the primary things I wanted in my life. Even as a child, I knew I would have several kids.

However, the older the kids got – and after my divorce – I felt it was time for me to find a new purpose in life.

So I followed up on my interest in healing and was eager to explore Energy Healing.

I learnt EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping. I am a certified EFT Practitioner.

As an Empath, it was easy for me to step right into Pranic Healing and feel into my clients’ bodies. I had amazing experiences with it and I loved to learn all about the colours, chakras, and healing.

However, Pranic Healing soon felt too suffocating. I did not like following the strict protocols given and I wanted to let my Intuition guide me.

Angels

Of course, I was close to Angels, and I loved the books by Diana Cooper and Doreen Virtue and I visited their workshops whenever I had time.

I learnt about Angels, the Universe, and LOVE.

As a Certified Angel Intuitive, I really felt I had found my purpose in Angelic Healing.

I was happy for the Angels and the Universe to guide me and channel the healing from the Universe into my clients.

Deepening and grounding

Later on, as I was deepening my experiences, I was grounding more and it brought more wisdom to my healings.

I felt it was not only Angelic healing I was doing. I still love the Angels; however, it was not just the Angels I was working with, it was more.

I was not sure what to call myself, and whether healing is what I wanted to do anymore.

my kind of healing

Rising

It was a time of letting go: letting go of the old, and waiting for the new to grow.

I was desperate to know what would come but had no glimpse of it. All I could do was ground myself, meditate, and just be.

I had to trust that all would be well and that the fog would lift itself when I started walking one step at a time.

And it did.

The minute I wrote HEALER on that form, I knew I had arrived, full circle, back to being a Healer. However, I felt it was broader and wider and more centered.

I am a Healer.

Yes, I intuitively let the energy from the Universe (including the Angels) flow through me to my clients and I feel good about it.

I found my own modality, as well. I use Angelic Healing, Akashic Record Readings, Guidance from the Universe, Law of Attraction my Intuition, and the worldly wisdom I gained during my 47 years in this lifetime and from previous lifetimes here on Mother Earth.

It is a special and most wonderful blend.

Embracing my Power

I am stepping up, and embracing my own healing powers.

I love to share this wonderful testimonial from one of my lovely clients,
Joanna Hennon, Soul Wisdom Mentor (www.joannahennon.com):

“My session with Caroline was incredibly powerful, unlike anything I have ever experienced. She was able to feel into each part of me and accurately identify the blocks – very specific memories that apparently were still being held in my energy system. The messages were all super clear and specific, nothing was vague or general. I could physically feel the energy leaving my body and my heart opening. I feel lighter and more sure of myself – it definitely feels like something heavy has been lifted. Caroline has a very powerful gift and is truly special. If you’re feeling out of balance, heavy or in need of some loving care, then I highly recommend a session with Caroline, you’ll be able to move forward again without this feeling that something is holding you back.”

I love when big shifts happen with my clients, and so grateful that I was able to be of assistance.

How did I choose my Logo, what is the story behind my logo? Enjoy the behind the scenes, and the note from the artist and my friend Lizi.

Have you seen my logo? It’s the healing hands holding a heart.

The Story of my Logo

Many people have asked how I came up with it. Let me tell you The Story of my Logo, which was painted by my friend, Lizi Hill.

When I created Palmy Healing, I knew that healing the heart is the key to healing everything. Palmy is my surname, my maiden name, the name I went back to after my divorce.

I’d been learning about self-acceptance and self-love since my marriage broke up at the end of 2008. I knew how important self-love was.

I also knew that only an open heart – a heart back in the flow of love – can heal. Once you are back in the flow of love with a beautiful open heart, your body can start healing too.

“If you have anything in your heart other than love, you’ve got to get it out.” —Wayne Dyer

I am a heart-based person – very much so. It might come with being an Empath. I love everything heart based. I even use the <3 (Heart Emoticon) a lot on Facebook.

So, the heart is the center of my being. I love a vibrating heart, full of love and in the flow.

The hands are very healing. During my Pranic Healing Training, I learnt all about the hand chakras, and how to cleanse and apply healing coloured Prana (called Chi in Chinese).

Also after going back to my maiden name I realized I had the word palm in my maiden name Palmy, so that was a clear sign from the Universe for me to use that word as a part of my business’s name.

I love to hug people and cradle animals. Small animals can be cradled in the palm of our hands. Hugs are so healing and so heartwarming.

When I closed my eyes and meditated on the name of my business, I saw my hands gently cradling the hearts of my clients and sending the healing green light associated with Archangel Raphael to my clients. I remembered how my hands vibrated with the loving healing energy from Archangel Raphael when he showed me how to assist my coughing daughter.

I knew the heart used in my logo should be bright, pulsating, and pink (one of my favorite colours) and the hands should spread loving greenish turquoise healing light and love.

I did a sketch of what I wanted, but I am not much of an artist. My daughter had no time to paint the picture, as she is busy with school, so I asked my lovely friend Lizi.

Lizi and I met in 2005 when she moved to Switzerland, and we had such a fabulous time together. Nowadays, she lives on Jersey Island, but with Skype, it is like she lives next door.

She was happy to do my logo for me, as she is also an angel lover and a gifted artist. For me, it was important that the person who drew my logo understood energies, was in the flow, and loved art and my work.

Lizi asked me to take a picture of my hands, holding them like I wanted to see on the logo, so she could paint from that photo.

What a brilliant idea! The hands you see on my logo are mine, beautifully painted by my friend, Lizi.

She also chose some special watercolour ink colours, so they would be shinier.

It took us a little back and forth to settle on the end picture. She had her ideas, I had my ideas, and we found some good common ground.

Visions we shared about the logo were: making the green energy flow to the heart, coming out of the palms of my hand and having the heart seem like it was pulsating in the healing flow.

Lizi used salt to dry the colour, so it really got the look as it if was pulsating.

Finally, the logo was ready. I was thrilled with it, and best of all, Lizi gifted me the original for my birthday! She gave it to me in a nice frame, ready to be hung in my studio. (If you ever watched one of my videos or Periscope sessions, you’ve probably seen the original hanging behind me.)

This was my side of the story, now I let Lizi share hers:

*Lizi Hill’s Art

Thank you Caroline for your beautiful introduction.

Most of all I love creating for a purpose and it was such a privilege to design your logo with you. The whole image was also beautiful when it was inverted as I had ideas for green healing colours looking at the colours seen in crystals. I am delighted that the hands on your logo are truly yours.

Drawing is something I do from my heart and soul. Everything I create is done with passion and love. Most recently I’ve been welding stainless steel to create an installation called ‘A still point in a turning world’. It was recently hung next to Damien Hirst’s work in an international gallery. I love drawing with pencil, paint, light, porcelain and metal.

I hope you enjoyed the behind the scenes story of my logo, what it means, and how it came to be.

“Love and Healing” is my motto.

Wishing you all a beautiful week filled with love.

Be in the flow.

Warm hugs,

Caroline

PS: Next week, I will share my personal story on how fear has struck again, and what has helped me.

I hold a Bi-lingual Workshop in Adliswil near Zurich next week.
